Use New Order with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to confirm that a custom order has been received. Use Update Status with Send SMS to List when several people need visibility, or send a direct text to the customer when an order reaches an important production stage. Include the order reference and status information supplied by Kutetailor, while keeping the message clear and plain text. This is a one-directional workflow configured through Zapier.
