About the KodaPdf integration

A PDF job has just failed while a customer is waiting for paperwork. KodaPdf can tell your team when a new failed job occurs, or when a conversion or tool operation is completed successfully. A Zap can pass either event to Mobile Message through Zapier, so the right person receives a plain text alert without watching a processing dashboard.

This is useful for document-heavy teams sending quotes, reports, applications, or completed forms. A failed-job alert can identify the affected work and prompt someone to investigate quickly. A completed-job alert can notify a customer that their document is ready, provided the Zap includes the relevant details in the message. KodaPdf actions such as Translate and AI Summarize can also process a document before another Zap step sends an SMS, although those actions do not themselves send messages.
