Chasing people manually because a database record changed is the kind of task that eats a morning without anyone noticing until a customer is annoyed about the silence. Knack holds the records, but nothing happens on its own when one of them needs a human response.

A Zap can send a text through Mobile Message the moment a New Form Submission lands in a live Knack app, confirming receipt before the person has closed the browser tab. When a New Record is created, the same connection can add that person as a contact in Mobile Message ready for future messages, and an Updated Record, say a status field changing to approved, can add them to a list for the next round of updates. If a record is deleted because someone has opted out or left, that same event can add them to Mobile Message's unsubscribe list so they are never texted again, without anyone having to remember to do it manually.
