Kloudfox SMS Integration

A website incident appears during a busy trading period and someone must notice it before customers start reporting errors. Kloudfox can send a New or Updated Incident Notification into a Zapier workflow, which then uses Mobile Message to alert the people responsible by SMS. That puts the warning in a channel your on-call team can check away from the monitoring dashboard.

The setup is especially useful when a site outage or performance problem needs immediate attention. A new incident can send an alert containing the service name, status and any other fields Kloudfox provides. An update to an existing incident can send a further text when the situation changes, helping the team distinguish a fresh problem from a developing one. Mobile Message handles the SMS delivery, while Kloudfox remains the source of the incident event.

This connection is a focused alert path rather than a monitoring replacement. It does not synchronise incidents or provide automatic resolution updates beyond the Kloudfox notification that starts the Zap. You choose the recipients, message content and filters in Zapier, then test the workflow before relying on it for operational notices.
