Keystone Lead Flow SMS Integration

A new education lead arrives while your admissions team is handling calls, email, and campus questions. Keystone Lead Flow can pass that New Lead event into Zapier, so a text can go out while the enquiry is still recent. Staff can receive the alert, or the prospective student can receive an acknowledgement using the details supplied with the lead.

Mobile Message’s Send SMS action gives the lead workflow a visible next step. A message might confirm receipt, explain when an adviser will respond, or direct the person to a useful contact number. The lead remains in Keystone Lead Flow and any connected CRM, while Mobile Message sends the text. This is a one-directional Zap rather than a two-way sync. It is useful for education providers that need to react consistently to leads from the Keystone Education Group without relying on someone to notice every new submission. Fields can be mapped in Zapier so the text is personalised with the lead’s name, course interest, or other available information.
