A guest arrives at a property, sends a text message, and shortly afterwards is able to open a smart locker and collect the key they need without anyone driving over to let them in. Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, an incoming text can now trigger a real change to who holds access in Keycafe, rather than a property manager checking their phone and logging into the app by hand.

When a text comes in, Zapier can create access to a key for that customer, or edit an existing access if their booking changes. Manage Keycafe Access can also run automatically, setting up a new access record without anyone touching the Keycafe app. And if access needs to end, a key's access can be deleted once it is no longer needed, so a departed guest or a former contractor is not left holding a live access record.
