About the Keycafe integration
When a text comes in, Zapier can create access to a key for that customer, or edit an existing access if their booking changes. Manage Keycafe Access can also run automatically, setting up a new access record without anyone touching the Keycafe app. And if access needs to end, a key's access can be deleted once it is no longer needed, so a departed guest or a former contractor is not left holding a live access record.

Yes. Through Zapier, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can run Keycafe's Create Access to Key action, so a text coming in results in a new key access being created for that person straight away.
Can Keycafe access be updated automatically from an incoming text?
Yes. The same Inbound SMS Received trigger can be paired with Keycafe's Edit Access to Key action, updating an existing access record whenever a text message comes in, without anyone opening the Keycafe app to make the change.
