Kayse SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Kayse!

Clients get a more responsive experience when a new case, call or client record immediately leads to the right communication. Kayse users can send a text about a case, create a client record from an inbound message, or schedule an AI call from a meaningful update. That gives teams practical ways to keep case communication moving.

Through Zapier, Kayse can work with Mobile Message actions including Send SMS, Create Contact and Add Unsubscribe. A Case Created event can send an introductory text, while Client Created can create a corresponding Mobile Message contact. Mobile Message events can also start Kayse actions, such as creating a case after someone sends an SMS. These are separate, one-directional Zaps rather than a native two-way integration.

The useful result is a clearer handover between client records and SMS communication. Teams can personalise text using Kayse fields, keep contact creation consistent, and use inbound replies as a reason to create work in Kayse. Delivery Status Updated can also trigger a Kayse action where that outcome is useful, such as making an AI call, subject to the fields and process you configure.
