About the Jodoo integration
Jodoo offers New Task and New Record or Workflow triggers, along with Create Record, Update Record, Submit Task and Delete Record actions. The strongest Mobile Message use is sending an SMS from either Jodoo trigger, or adding a person to Mobile Message when a new record contains a mobile number. Each workflow is a defined one-way action through Zapier, not a general synchronisation between Jodoo and Mobile Message.

Can Jodoo send an SMS when a new record is created?
Yes. Use New Record or Workflow as the Jodoo trigger and Send SMS as the Mobile Message action. The message can use the mobile number and other values included in the new record.
Can a Jodoo task alert someone by text?
Yes. New Task can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. Map the assigned person's number and the task details supplied by Jodoo into the message.
What do I need to connect Jodoo with Mobile Message?
Use Zapier to configure the connection without code. Both a Jodoo account and a Mobile Message account are required. Authorise them in Zapier, test the selected trigger and action, then publish the task or record workflow.
