About the Jodie integration

Teams using Jodie may receive a new call or WhatsApp conversation while staff are serving customers elsewhere. A timely SMS can notify a manager, receptionist or follow-up team that a communication event has occurred. This is especially useful when the business wants a visible prompt without asking people to keep checking Jodie throughout the day.

New Call can trigger Mobile Message to send an SMS containing the available call information. New Whatsapp Conversation can do the same, or create a contact when the person’s details are available. You can send the message to one recipient, send SMS to a list or add a contact to a list for later outreach. The workflow can be tailored to the event and the people responsible for follow-up.

The connection is made through Zapier, so Jodie remains the source of the event and Mobile Message performs the selected action. It does not copy every conversation into Mobile Message or create a native two-way connection.

Yes. New Call can start a Zap that uses Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The message can include the available event details and alert a person responsible for returning the call.

Can a Jodie WhatsApp conversation notify a Mobile Message list?

Yes. New Whatsapp Conversation can trigger Send SMS to List. Select the appropriate Mobile Message list and map the available conversation information into the notification.

How do I set up Jodie notifications in Mobile Message?
