A customer replies to a text, and that reply needs to land somewhere a team is actually watching, not just sit in an SMS inbox no one checks between calls. JetAPI takes a message and pushes it out through Send Message (via TDLib / Telegram-compatible), using a phone number, a username or a Telegram ID to work out where it goes, so the same reply that arrived by SMS turns up in a Telegram chat within moments.

Paired with Mobile Message through Zapier, Inbound SMS Received and Delivery Status Updated both become events JetAPI can act on. A reply from a customer gets forwarded into a Telegram group the team already watches, and a delivery status update, whether a message failed or landed, can trigger the same kind of forward so a support channel does not have to keep the SMS platform open all day.

That matters for teams that already run their internal chatter through Telegram and treat SMS as just one channel among several coming in. Instead of splitting attention between a messaging app and an SMS dashboard, the two are joined through a Zap, and whatever needs a person's attention turns up wherever that person actually is.
