That delay is frustrating when the record represents a lead, service request or operational task needing a quick response. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can put important Jestor events in front of the right person.

Use Create a New Record to send an SMS when a new record is added. Update a Record can notify a manager when key information changes, while Delete a Record can alert an administrator when something has been removed. Mobile Message can send an SMS, send an SMS to a list, create a contact or add a contact to a list.

This works well when Jestor remains the place where staff manage structured records and SMS handles immediate notifications. You decide which record types should create alerts and what information belongs in the message. The connection is event based through Zapier, so it does not imply that all Jestor and Mobile Message records remain synchronised.
