Yes, once Mobile Message and ITOC360 are connected through Zapier, an inbound text can trigger Send Alert to ITOC360 automatically. The alert carries a Deduplication ID, so repeat messages about the same problem keep updating one incident instead of creating a new one every time it comes in.

Can ITOC360 resolve an alert once the issue is sorted?

The Send Alert action supports both opening and resolving an alert. Using the same Deduplication ID with a Resolve status closes out the incident, so your tracker reflects the issue as handled rather than leaving an old alert open once the problem is fixed.

How do I set up the text-to-alert connection for ITOC360?
