A customer message arrives in Implifie during a busy sales shift, and someone needs to respond before the conversation cools. Implifie's New Message Received trigger can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action, so a customer can receive a text follow-up or your team can receive an alert. This gives a message a visible next step instead of leaving it in a chatbot queue.

Implifie can also Send Message or Send Template to a contact, but those actions run from a Mobile Message trigger only when the workflow is designed that way. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received event can therefore start an Implifie reply, creating a useful path from an incoming text into a selected response. Add Contact to Broadcast is another Implifie action, but it is best reserved for a clear messaging decision.

The connection is made through Zapier, with one direction chosen for each workflow. It is not a native two-way sync. You need active Implifie and Mobile Message accounts, and should test recipient numbers, message content and opt-out handling before going live.
