LoopMessage catches that new inbound message the moment it arrives, and a Zap linking it to Mobile Message can turn the same event into an SMS alert for whoever is rostered on, so the message never sits unread in a separate inbox.

Pair that inbound trigger with a Mobile Message contact record too, so a first time sender is logged automatically instead of relying on someone to copy the number across by hand. On the way back, a Mobile Message delivery status update can prompt LoopMessage to send a message to your team, useful when an SMS bounces and a follow up on iMessage is the better option. Because the connection runs through Zapier rather than a built in sync, each automation still needs to be set up as its own Zap, but strung together they cover the gap between the two channels without anyone toggling apps by hand.
