About the HelloSend integration

Customer support teams using HelloSend often watch several channels for conversations and delivery outcomes. HelloSend can pass a new inbound message or an outbound delivery status through Zapier, while Mobile Message sends the SMS that keeps the customer informed. The result is a clear text response when a conversation or delivery event needs attention.

A new inbound message in HelloSend can trigger an acknowledgement from Mobile Message, such as confirmation that the request is being reviewed. An outbound message delivery status can also send an operational notice to a nominated number when a message reaches a delivered or failed outcome. Mobile Message’s plain text action uses the fields you select in the Zap.

The reverse workflow lets an inbound Mobile Message text start HelloSend’s Send Message action. That can place the text into HelloSend’s outbound messaging process when a customer has contacted your Mobile Message number. These workflows are configured individually in Zapier. They do not create a native conversation sync or transfer attachments.

Yes. New Inbound Message and Outbound Message Delivery Status can each start a Zap with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. The message content and recipient are mapped from the event or set in the Zap.

Can Mobile Message send an inbound text into HelloSend?

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger HelloSend’s Send Message action. This gives you a one-way route from a Mobile Message text to an outbound message in HelloSend.

What accounts are needed for HelloSend and Mobile Message?
