About the GrassBlade LRS integration
Mobile Message can send SMS, create contacts, or add people to a list from the statement data supplied by GrassBlade LRS. For example, a statement can alert a trainer about a learner event or add a participant to a selected communication list. GrassBlade’s Create Statements action is not needed for this direction, because the useful event is the statement already received by the LRS.
The workflow is a one-way alert or contact action, not a complete learning record synchronisation. Configure filters in Zapier so only the statements that matter create a message, then keep the SMS short and clear.

Yes. New Statement can start a Zap using Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Use the statement fields to identify the learner or activity and notify the relevant trainer or administrator.
Can new GrassBlade statements create learner contacts?
Yes. Pair New Statement with Create Contact, or use Add Contact to List for an existing communication audience. The required mobile information must be present in the statement data passed to Zapier.
