Glasp SMS Integration

You save a useful highlight in Glasp while researching a topic, but sharing that insight with a team can wait until someone remembers to open the knowledge library. Glasp’s New Highlight and New Document events can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS to a colleague or project contact.

This can suit research teams, educators and content operators who need a timely nudge when a useful source or note appears. A new highlight could text a reviewer with the title and a short excerpt. A new document could alert a staff member that material is ready to examine. The SMS should use only the text fields available from Glasp and can point the recipient towards the relevant record using a plain-text URL where appropriate. Glasp has no actions listed, so this connection sends notifications from Glasp rather than writing SMS replies back into the knowledge tool.

Zapier carries the selected Glasp event to Mobile Message. Connect both accounts, choose the recipient and map the highlight or document fields into the SMS. Testing helps you keep research alerts useful without sending every saved item to the whole team.
