Function Point SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Function Point!
Through Zapier, Function Point events can trigger Mobile Message actions including Send SMS, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. This lets an agency notify a client contact or internal team member when a new job, task or invoice is created. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event can also trigger Function Point actions such as Create Task, Add Note Comment or Update Contact when a reply needs to be recorded for staff review.
The workflow remains deliberately specific. It does not synchronise every contact, task or invoice between the platforms, and it is not a native integration. Choose the Function Point event and the Mobile Message result that match a real operating step, then test the fields and recipient details before switching the Zap on.
