A file lands somewhere it cannot easily be shared from, a Google Drive attachment on a form, a photo a customer submitted through a survey, a document that needs to reach someone by text right away, and someone still has to fetch it and send a link by hand.

FilePost turns that file into a public CDN link inside the Zap itself. Upload File takes a file and returns a public URL, Upload File From URL downloads a file from any public link and rehosts it, and Create Intake Link generates a shareable upload link so people can send files in without needing an account. Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, that public link can go straight into a text message.

Someone uploading a file through a Google Form can have it rehosted with Upload File From URL before Mobile Message texts them a link to it. An attachment submitted through a Typeform entry works the same way, and a new Eventbrite attendee can be sent a Create Intake Link so they can upload any documents needed before the event, with Mobile Message texting them the link to do it.
