Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Figuro Engage!

Insurance agents who manage quote requests in Figuro Engage can put a clear SMS response behind each important status change. New Quote Request can trigger Mobile Message to acknowledge a prospective client, while Quote Accepted can send a confirmation or alert the agent that the next step is ready. Quote Request Status Changed can also send different messages as a request moves through its process.

Figuro Engage's Create Quote action can be triggered by an inbound SMS from Mobile Message when a customer texts your number. That can create a personalised quote for a suitable quote request, using the details passed through the Zap. You can also create a Mobile Message contact when a new request arrives, keeping the recipient available for later communication.

These workflows run through Zapier and remain one-directional per Zap. They do not provide a native two-way update of quote records, and an SMS does not automatically change a Figuro Engage status. Select the event that matters, map the quote request and mobile fields, then test each status path so customers receive accurate wording at the right point.
