Fastkey SMS Integration

A background check can finish while your team is handling other work, leaving an applicant or contractor waiting for confirmation. Fastkey removes that manual chase by making a completed verification report available as the starting point for a Mobile Message Zap. A timely text can tell the person that their check is complete or prompt your team to review the result.

Use Report Completed to trigger Send SMS with a clear status update, or send a broader notice with Send SMS to List when several authorised staff need to know. Fastkey can also Send Verification Request from a Zap, although that action needs a suitable Fastkey workflow before a report can be completed. The useful pattern is to start with a verification event and make the next customer or staff communication immediate.

The connection is built through Zapier, using the Fastkey and Mobile Message accounts you already manage. You choose the report fields, recipient and message text, then test the path before enabling it. It does not perform a native synchronisation, and it should not place sensitive report details in an SMS. Keep the message limited to a status or next step.
