Everlytic SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Everlytic!

A customer texts back after a delivery goes out, and that single reply is worth more than the words in it. It shows they are engaged right now, and that is the moment to have a system update their record rather than leaving it for someone to notice hours later. That kind of moment is easy to miss when someone still has to update the record by hand.

Everlytic connects to Mobile Message through Zapier, so that reply can create or update the customer's contact record in Everlytic straight away. The same Zap can send them a transactional email, update their contact status, or unsubscribe them from a list if the reply reads like an opt out. A change in delivery status can be treated the same way, updating a contact's status the moment a text is confirmed delivered rather than at the end of the day.

None of this needs a person watching the inbox for it to happen. The contact record in Everlytic stays close to what is actually happening over SMS, so the next transactional email or message that goes out is built on details from the most recent reply, not from whatever was true when the list was last reviewed.

Everlytic + SMS: common questions

Can a customer reply to an SMS update their contact record in Everlytic?

Yes. Connect Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to Everlytic's Create or Update Contact action in a Zap. When the customer texts back, their contact record in Everlytic is created or updated with that reply, without anyone entering it by hand.

Does Mobile Message trigger a transactional email through Everlytic?

It can. Use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to run Everlytic's Send Transactional Mail action, so a reply from a customer sets off a transactional email from Everlytic on the same Zap, without a separate step to start it.

How much setup does linking Mobile Message and Everlytic take?

Just a Zapier account and logins for both platforms, no coding required. Pick a Mobile Message trigger such as Inbound SMS Received, connect it to an Everlytic action like Create or Update Contact, and switch the Zap on to run from then on.
