Eden SMS Integration

Eden handles the call, but the useful follow-up can still be delayed after the caller hangs up. A Zapier workflow can use Eden's Call Ended event to send a Mobile Message text based on the call details, summary, transcript, questions, or next action. That gives a small business a practical way to acknowledge the caller or alert the person responsible for follow-up.

For example, an Eden call can trigger an SMS confirming that someone will return the call, or notify a staff member that a new task needs attention. Mobile Message can also Create Contact, so caller details can be placed into a contact record for later messaging. Eden provides one trigger and no actions, making this a focused hand-off from call answering into SMS. It does not create a native phone-system sync or automatically update Eden.
