Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with EASY2!

A booking or order arrives in EASY2 while your team is serving customers, and the person who made it expects a quick acknowledgement. EASY2 provides New Booking, New Order, New Member, New Contact, Contact Updated, Order Updated and New Form events. These can start Zapier workflows that send an SMS through Mobile Message or create a contact for later communication.

Use New Booking with Send SMS for confirmation details, New Order with Send SMS for an order acknowledgement, or New Member with Create Contact to place a new member into Mobile Message. If a contact changes in EASY2, Update Contact can be useful for passing the selected details into an existing Mobile Message record. Each workflow should have one clear purpose and a tested field mapping.

The connection does not synchronise EASY2 contacts, bookings or orders with Mobile Message. It also does not update an EASY2 record when an SMS is sent. Instead, Zapier carries a chosen EASY2 event into a Mobile Message action, helping you communicate promptly while keeping the original transaction in EASY2.

For customer-facing messages, include the relevant booking or order information and a clear next step. For internal alerts, send only the fields staff need to act on the event.
