An overdue invoice notice or a paid order confirmation often arrives from another system as raw XML, a format built for machines rather than people, and someone still has to open the file, find the customer's name and the amount, then decide who needs a text about it. Easy XML converts that file into JSON or parses it directly inside a Zap, doing the reading so a person does not have to.
