A rule may match while an operator is on the floor, travelling between sites or handling another task. With Zapier, DreamzIoT can start a Mobile Message SMS when its Rule Matched event occurs, so the selected person receives a direct notification.

Rule Matched can trigger Send SMS with the rule name, event details and an instruction for the next check. This suits warnings that need human attention, such as a condition detected by a configured DreamzIoT rule. You can direct the message to a nominated operator or escalation number and choose the wording that fits your process.

DreamzIoT provides no listed action for Mobile Message to call, update or close a rule. The practical use of this connection is therefore alert delivery from DreamzIoT into SMS. It is not a native two-way integration or an automatic synchronisation of IoT records. Zapier passes the selected rule data into Mobile Message, where the message is sent according to your Zap settings.
