A document is uploaded to DocumentPro while your team is waiting for the next processing step. New Document can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving a customer or staff member a prompt notice without someone checking the parser manually. This helps keep document-led work moving when an upload needs acknowledgement or an internal alert.

Use New Document with Send SMS to notify a mapped contact that the upload has been received. Send SMS to List can alert a processing team when documents arrive. In the reverse direction, an inbound SMS can use DocumentPro's New Document action to upload supplied document data into a parser, where the required fields and file data are supported by the Zap. The connection is built with Zapier, and each workflow has one trigger and one action. It does not create a native two-way document or contact sync, so test the available DocumentPro fields before choosing the message and recipient.
