Directus SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Directus!

A new item is added to a Directus collection and someone outside the CMS needs to know about it. Directus can trigger a Zap when a file is uploaded, when a user changes, or when an item is created, updated, or deleted. Mobile Message can turn that selected event into an SMS or a contact action.

Use New or Updated Item with Send SMS to notify a team member about a record that needs attention. New or Updated User can create or update a Mobile Message contact, while New File Uploaded can alert staff that a file is available in the collection. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received can also start Directus actions such as Create Item or Update Item when the message includes the values and identifiers your workflow expects. Directus remains the place for custom content, files, users, and workflows. Mobile Message handles the chosen SMS or contact step through Zapier. This is not a native, automatic two-way sync, so configure each direction as a separate Zap.
