Didit gives businesses a way to build identity verification into their own workflows, with a free plan and pay-per-use tools rather than a rigid one-size package that forces a fixed process on every customer.

Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, an inbound text from a customer can be used to kick off a Create Verification Session in Didit, so the check starts from a channel people actually read instead of waiting on an email that gets missed or buried. A Retrieve Verification Session action is also available for pulling up the status of a session that has already begun, so staff can confirm where a customer is up to before asking them for anything further.
