A Zap can use the Missed Call trigger to send a Mobile Message SMS with a clear response, such as a callback expectation or a booking instruction. A new voicemail or received text can start a similar follow-up when your team needs to acknowledge contact quickly.

The connection is made through Zapier. CurrentClient provides events such as Call Transcript Completed, New Voicemail, Text Received, and Call Completed, while Mobile Message sends the customer-facing text. Mobile Message can also trigger CurrentClient's Send Text action after an inbound SMS or delivery status update, although that direction is best used when CurrentClient should handle the next reply. Each automation runs in one direction and does not provide a live sync between the two services. Map the caller's number carefully, keep the message concise, and use separate Zaps for missed calls, voicemails, and texts so each customer receives a relevant response.
