Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Cryptlex!

A customer activates a software licence while your support team is handling other work, or a new trial begins outside office hours. Cryptlex can report those licensing events, while Mobile Message can send a useful confirmation or alert through Zapier. New License can trigger an onboarding text, and New Trial Activation can start a message explaining what the user should do next.

Use New Activation with Send SMS to confirm that a licence activation has been recorded. Pair New License with Send SMS to List when an account or support team needs visibility of newly issued licences. Cryptlex actions such as Create User and Create License can also be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received, creating licensing records from a defined text workflow. These are one-directional automations configured in Zapier. They are not a native two-way integration, and they do not synchronise licence status or user records automatically.

Can Cryptlex text users when a licence is created?

Yes. New License can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Configure the user’s phone number and include the licence information available from Cryptlex to send an activation or onboarding message.

Can a Cryptlex activation alert the support team?

Yes. New Activation can start Send SMS to List. Select a Mobile Message list for licensing or support staff and include the activation details supplied by the Cryptlex trigger.

How do I set up Cryptlex SMS automations?
