A person is granted access to a building, and the customer or member may need confirmation that their entry is ready. CRE:OS can provide the access event, while Mobile Message can send a timely SMS to the person or building team. This helps make access changes visible without requiring staff to watch the building operating system.

Use Access Granted to send a message confirming that access has been enabled, or use Access Revoked to notify an administrator that someone’s permissions have changed. New Invitation Created can also trigger an SMS to a prospective member with instructions for their next step. Mobile Message can send a single SMS or send SMS to List when a building team needs the same alert.

CRE:OS also provides Grant Access and Revoke Access actions. Those actions can be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event when a suitable text arrives, creating a practical route for authorised operational requests. Any access rule, identity check, and approval process must be designed carefully in CRE:OS and Zapier.

The connection is not a two-way sync of members or permissions. Each Zap starts with one event and performs one selected action. Used thoughtfully, it gives occupants and property staff clearer notifications around invitations and access changes.
