About the Courier integration
Courier’s New Audience Member trigger can start Mobile Message’s Create Contact, Add Contact to List or Send SMS action. That allows a new person to receive a welcome text, join a relevant SMS group, or be stored for later communication. Courier’s Send Message action can also be used when Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received or Delivery Status Updated trigger starts a Zap, provided the message details suit a Courier notification.
The best workflow depends on whether Courier is the source of the audience event or the destination for a Mobile Message event. Set the recipient and message fields carefully in Zapier, then test with an internal number. The connection creates individual automations between the services, not a shared contact database.
