Those events can start a targeted SMS for a colleague, customer or responsible contact when a response is needed.

Through Zapier, Coro can pass one of its available events to Mobile Message’s Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact or Add Contact to List actions. A new protected device could prompt a message confirming that protection has been applied, while a workspace status update could alert an authorised recipient to check the account. A protected user event can also create a contact in Mobile Message when that person’s details are available in the Zap.
