Condo Control SMS Integration

Property and community managers using Condo Control often need to know quickly when a resident record changes. Condo Control sends a New or Updated User event from the Unit File. That can mark a new resident, a changed contact detail or another update that your office needs to notice before the next routine review.

Through Zapier, the Unit File event can trigger Mobile Message’s Create Contact, Update Contact, Send SMS or Add Contact to List actions. A new user can be added to Mobile Message, an existing record can be updated, or an administrator can receive a text when a resident entry changes. You can also place new users into a list for building notices or selected community communications.

Condo Control has no actions in the supplied list, so the workflow sends information out rather than writing back to the Unit File. It is not a native two-way integration or an automatic resident synchronisation. Choose the records and recipients carefully, particularly where a user update should not produce a message to the resident.
