Community SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Community!
A received message can trigger an SMS response through Mobile Message, while a new term response can create a contact for follow-up. Member changes can also add people to a list, which is useful when a live member should receive a later announcement. Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Create Contact, Add Contact to List, and Add Unsubscribe. Community actions can work in the opposite direction when a Mobile Message inbound SMS or delivery update should create or update a member in Community. Each Zap runs one way from its selected trigger to its selected action, giving operators clear control over which messages or membership changes are passed on.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Can Community messages trigger an SMS reply?
Yes. Message Received can start a Zap that uses Mobile Message Send SMS. The Zap can pass the member’s phone number and message context into a plain text response.
Can Mobile Message replies create Community members?
The available Community actions include member creation and sending messages. A Mobile Message inbound SMS can therefore trigger a Community member action when the required member details are available.
How do I connect Community with Mobile Message?
You need accounts with Community, Mobile Message, and Zapier. No code is needed. Pick a Community trigger or Mobile Message trigger, select the action on the other side, map the fields, and turn on the Zap.
