Collaborate Space SMS Integration

Meeting organisers using Collaborate Space often need to tell people that a call has started, finished or produced a new follow-up item. If attendees are not watching the meeting room, an SMS can be a more visible prompt than another message inside the collaboration app. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can send that prompt from selected meeting events.

When a meeting becomes available, Mobile Message can text an attendee or a team list with joining information. Meeting Finished can trigger a follow-up message, while New Meeting Event can alert a responsible person when an event occurs. These messages use plain text and can include the meeting details passed by Collaborate Space.

You can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to start a Zap that sends a message into a Collaborate Space channel. That can give your team a simple route for bringing an incoming text into the channel where meeting coordination happens. Each workflow has one direction and a defined event, so your team knows which system is responsible for the next action.
