With Zapier, New User can trigger Mobile Message's Create Contact action so the person is added to your messaging records. New Event can send an SMS to the user or a support list when a defined activity is recorded. This can help a team notice a customer event without asking someone to monitor Cloudmattr throughout the day.
The workflow is configured through Zapier and is one-directional. Cloudmattr remains the place for users, feedback, roadmaps, knowledge bases and campaigns. Mobile Message performs the chosen contact or SMS action. There is no automatic two-way sync, so select the event, recipient and message content deliberately for each Zap.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
