A traveller lands overseas, opens their phone and finds they are out of data with no easy way to top up before their flight home. For a business selling eSIMs, that moment either turns into a support text or a lost sale, depending on how fast the account gets topped up. CELITECH manages the packages, purchases and eSIMs behind that experience, and connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, it can turn a purchase into a text the traveller actually sees.

An order for a travel eSIM paid through Shopify can trigger a Zap that has CELITECH create the purchase and provision the eSIM, then have Mobile Message text the traveller their activation details before they have even left the airport lounge. The same flow works for an Eventbrite attendee joining an international trip, where a ticket becomes a data plan and a text with the details lands on their phone as soon as they are registered.

Support requests can run the other way. When a customer texts in asking for more data, that Inbound SMS Received event can trigger CELITECH's Top Up eSIM action, or Create Purchase if they need a fresh package altogether, so a reply typed on a phone turns into a working eSIM without anyone touching a dashboard.
