Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Calldacity!

Calldacity can send events such as New Call With Recording and Transcript, Call Completed, Missed Call, New Voicemail, or SMS Received into Zapier. A missed call could prompt a quick callback message, while a new inbound SMS could create a contact for follow-up. You might also send a message after a completed call or voicemail, using the information available from Calldacity. The connection uses Zapier, with Calldacity starting the workflow and Mobile Message completing it. It is not a native phone system sync, and it does not transfer attachments through SMS. Build separate Zaps for the call or message events that matter most, so customers receive a useful plain text response without staff watching the phone system continuously.
