Brittco SMS Integration

A new client record in Brittco can be the point where a service relationship begins, but staff should not need to check the system before sending a welcome message. Brittco can trigger a Zap when a new client or staff record is created. Mobile Message can then send an SMS or create the person as a contact.

A client welcome text can confirm that their details have been received and explain how the team will communicate. A staff message can provide a simple first-day reminder or direct a new team member to the right contact point. Creating a Mobile Message contact also gives your messaging team a dedicated record to use later, based on the information available in Brittco.

Select the Brittco event that fits your process and map the phone number carefully. The Zap sends one chosen Mobile Message action when that event occurs, rather than synchronising records in both directions. This keeps the automation easy to understand and lets you maintain separate wording for clients and staff.
