An incident can begin outside normal office hours, when the people responsible for response are not watching BreachRx. A delay in notifying the right operator can extend the time before investigation starts. A Zapier workflow can use BreachRx's incident event to send an SMS from Mobile Message, giving the response team a direct alert as soon as a new incident is created.

Get New Incidents can trigger Send SMS with the incident information available from BreachRx. Use the message to identify the incident, direct the recipient to the next response step and nominate the person who should take ownership. This can support an on-call process where SMS is more noticeable than an unattended application notification.

BreachRx's Create Incident action can also be started by an inbound Mobile Message text. That can create an incident from a message received by your Mobile Message number, provided the incoming content contains the information your BreachRx setup expects. These are separate Zapier workflows, not a native two-way connection or automatic incident synchronisation.
