Operators who manage customer conversations across blue messages, RCS and SMS need to know which channel is suitable before sending. Blooio can provide a New Event Received trigger for received, sent, delivered, failed or read events. It can also check contact capabilities and send a message to an identifier.

Through Zapier, use Blooio activity to notify a Mobile Message team or record a contact for SMS follow-up. A received Blooio event can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS when a separate plain-text response is appropriate. Blooio's Check Contact Capabilities action can also sit inside a wider workflow before a message is sent by that app, helping determine whether a number supports SMS or another channel. This connection is useful for teams choosing the right response path, but the services remain separate. It does not promise that every recipient supports every channel, and Mobile Message sends plain-text SMS only.

Test the event data, phone fields and fallback wording carefully. Keep messages short, identify the business clearly and use only contacts who can receive the communication you plan to send.
