Sending a targeted SMS through Mobile Message helps put an important issue in front of the right person without relying on someone to check another dashboard.

Use Zapier to connect Blacklock events with Mobile Message SMS actions. A new vulnerability can send an alert to a security contact, while an opened vulnerability can prompt a reminder to an owner or manager. A closed vulnerability can also trigger a short confirmation for the person who needs to know the risk has been addressed. Messages can include the vulnerability details supplied by Blacklock, such as its name, status, or link, so recipients have useful context when the text arrives.
