Teams that use Avrio to capture and share research need a clear way to alert colleagues when a new working session should begin. Avrio exposes the Projects event, which gets the list of projects, and it also provides Create Session for creating a session. Zapier can place that available Avrio activity alongside a Mobile Message action for an operational SMS.

A practical workflow can use Projects as the starting event and Send SMS to notify a research lead that the project information is available for review. If the project data includes a suitable recipient number, the message can be directed to that person. Send SMS to List can instead alert a research group. Avrio's Create Session action may be useful in a broader Zap where another service starts the workflow, but it is not itself a trigger for a Mobile Message message. This connection is configured through Zapier and does not imply a native two-way project sync or automatic session management.
