Authyo SMS Integration

Customers receive a better sign-in experience when a one-time password arrives promptly and clearly. Authyo can report a New OTP Send event to Zapier, while Mobile Message sends the SMS containing the code or instructions. This gives teams another delivery route for authentication messages and keeps the customer informed at the moment access is requested.

Authyo also provides a Send OTP action, which can be used when another Zap event needs to request a new one-time password in Authyo. For example, a Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received trigger could start that action after a customer texts a chosen keyword, provided the information required by Authyo is available. Mobile Message can also create or update a contact as part of a separate customer record workflow. Configure the code, recipient number, and message content carefully in Zapier, and apply your normal security controls to OTP data.

The connection is not a native two-way account synchronisation. Zapier passes the selected event and fields between Authyo and Mobile Message, so you decide which event starts each automation and which platform performs the visible action.
