A new hire starts on Monday and the rest of the team already have their polished headshots on the website, so someone needs to get that person into Aragon and photographed before the induction photos go up. Usually that means finding an email address, sending an invite, then following up a few days later when it sits unopened.

Connected through Zapier, Mobile Message can start that process from a text. When a customer or new team member sends an inbound SMS, a Zap can trigger Aragon's Create Invite action straight away, so the headshot invite goes out without anyone opening a separate app. If the SMS notification about that invite fails to deliver, Mobile Message's Delivery Status Updated trigger can fire Aragon's Resend Invite action instead, so the invite gets chased up automatically rather than falling through the cracks.
