A council parks team wants to warn nearby residents the moment local air quality drops or pollen counts spike, rather than posting a notice online that most people never see. Ambee pulls together that kind of environmental reading, air quality, soil, weather and pollen, from ground sensors and satellite imagery, but it does not currently offer a Zapier trigger or action of its own to plug straight into Mobile Message.

That means the two cannot yet be joined through Zapier for an automatic text alert. Anyone wanting to warn people by SMS when conditions change would need Ambee's readings available through an action Zapier can call, or another app in between that watches those readings and starts a Zap. Until Ambee opens up a trigger or action, sending an SMS off the back of its data has to happen another way.
