Customers can get a faster response when contact centre activity in Aloware leads directly to an SMS or a contact update. Aloware can trigger a Zap when a Contact Created event occurs, when Communication Disposed is recorded or when a Call Disposed event is completed. Mobile Message can send SMS, create contacts or update existing contacts from those events.

A completed call could prompt a follow-up text, a new Aloware contact could be recorded in Mobile Message or a disposed communication could notify the next person responsible. You can also use Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received to send information into Aloware’s Send SMS action, creating a useful response path when a customer texts your Mobile Message number. This connection operates through Zapier, with each Zap moving in one direction. Keep customer data limited to what the receiving action needs, and apply consent and opt-out rules to every outbound message.
