Through Zapier, Successful Submission of an Ambassador can trigger a Mobile Message SMS thanking the ambassador or explaining the next reward step. A new reward can also send a text to a selected list, while Distribute Reward can notify participants when a reward is accepted or rejected. Enroll Ambassador provides a practical point for creating a Mobile Message contact, so future campaign messages have a saved recipient.

Each workflow uses one Afleet event and one Mobile Message action. Add the ambassador’s mobile number to the SMS fields, personalise the wording with campaign or reward information, and choose whether the result should reach one person or a list. This gives campaign operators a visible communication step without asking them to monitor every portal update.
